This page describes how to manage the website www.francescabonanni.it, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.  This is a statement for the processing of personal data that is also made pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 for users of our site services, which are provided via the internet. 

The information is not valid for other websites that can be consulted through our links, of which F.Bonanni is in no way responsible. 

1) The Data Controller of personal data: relating to identified or identifiable persons treated following consultation of our site, is Ms. Francesca Bonanni, Dubai. For the processing of personal data we mean their collection, registration, organization, storage, comparison, use, communication, cancellation and destruction or the combination of two or more of these operations. 2) Place of processing:

The treatments connected to this site take place at Dubai and the contents are managed by the owner Mrs. Francesca Bonanni. No data deriving from web communications is communicated or disclosed to third parties. The personal data provided by users who forward requests for communication are used only to perform the service requested and are not disclosed to third parties unless the communication is imposed by legal obligations or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of requests.

3) Types of processed data and processing purposes: 

We collect, process and use your personal data only for the following purposes: administer, operate, maintain and improve the website; answer your questions and meet your needs; offer you information on the services of your interest by regular mail, e-mail, newsletter ,; send you news of articles of interest; other purposes specifically agreed with you, however permitted by current legislation.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error ..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. The data required for contractual and accounting purposes are kept for the time necessary to carry out the commercial and accounting relationship.
